Trolling around on the web and found this YouTube video by Melanie Ham. She has a great tutorial on making a simple Baby Blanket. This easy beginner project uses chunky baby yarn and a P size hook to make up quickly. I love to keep baby blankets on hand for when I need that quick shower gift for new baby gift.
